We had a great trip to Glacier. We stopped at the Silver Dollar Bar and had lunch at Elmo along the way. Although the Going to the Sun Road was closed, we found plenty of things to do in the park. We hung around Lake McDonald, rented a canoe and paddled around the lake, explored the gift shop, and had dinner at Lake MacDonald Lodge. 
Grandpa Dave would have appreciated the 50,000 silver dollars.
