Sarah had her first ballet practice today. She loved it, felt like a princess, and gave the teacher, Miss Rachel, a run for her money.
Sarah did very well the first 10 minutes or so. Then she took turns looking in the mirror, laying while the class was standing, running around when they were to be plie-ing, pulling up her tu-tu over her head, and putting her hands down the front of her leotard. What a proud "Mama Moment" for me! : )
Really, though, I think she is the youngest girl there, so in perspective, she did very well. I'm sure she'll settle in and start following directions (right?!)
